Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Hexfeld account in the app from Profile settings → Account deletion.
Account deletion is scheduled with a grace window. It does not delete your account immediately, and you can cancel the request in the app during the grace window.
How to request deletion
- Open Hexfeld and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile settings → Account deletion.
- Choose Request account deletion.
- Enter the account email and type exactly DELETE when prompted.
- Submit the request to schedule deletion after the grace window.
How to cancel
If your deletion request is still pending and inside the grace window, return to Profile settings → Account deletion and choose Cancel deletion request.
Once the grace window has ended, in-app cancellation may no longer be available. Contact support if you need help with an active request.
What to expect
Submitting a request schedules account deletion; deletion is not completed at the moment you submit. The current flow should not be read as a promise that every app record, uploaded media file, authentication record, or active session is permanently removed immediately.
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, moderation, safety review, or backup systems that expire on normal retention cycles.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Hexfeld account. Do not send your password.
